In turn, for mutual understanding, we would like to inform you of the following information regarding booking and accommodation at our hotel. We are confident that mutual respect and understanding will satisfy both you and us. We are grateful for your understanding.
After paying for accommodation, our guest receives:
- Accommodation in an apartment or a cottage.
- Stable hot water supply.
- Possibility to drink tap water.
- Internet access via Wi-Fi.
- Satellite television.
- Use of the pool.
- Barbecue facilities.
- Rooms are cleaned, bed linen and towels are changed every five days.
- Landscaped area.
- Car parking.
- For children, a trampoline, playground, slide.
Additional paid services:
- Use of the sauna (booking in advance).
- Full board or meals at will.
- Top cafe for 22 seats for organizing events.
- Calling a taxi.
- Ordering excursions.
- A guide for walking in the mountains.
- Transfer to the apart-hotel.
- Laundry service clothes washing.
- Room cleaning, change of bed linen and towels at will.

booking an apartment / cottage for a period of your choice. We will hold advance reservations for one business day. In order for you to be able to make a payment within one working day. Before paying, you need to clarify the dates on which you plan to come to us.
– The advance payment is 50% of the total amount for the entire stay.
– Payment can be made through the Liqpay online payment system or to a Privat Bank card. For citizens of other countries, payment can be made using money transfer systems: PrivatManey, Calibri, Migom, Western Union.
- Cancellation without penalties is possible provided that we can find and rent the apartment for your days to other people. (Practice was, money was returned)

It is very important to know:
- Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. An earlier check-in is possible if there is no check-out on the day of your arrival

- Deposit in the amount of 5000 UAH.
- Smoking and outdoor shoes are strictly prohibited in the house. You can smoke outside.
- In case of damage or damage to things and objects in the apartment or cottage, our guest
undertakes the obligation to reimburse the entire value of the damaged items.
- We refrain from bringing guests with pets, as we take care of people with allergies to
fluff or wool, we also take care of families with children.
- In case of arrival of guests with pets, we will be forced to refuse the settlement, while the advance
payment is not refundable.
- The cottage is located on a mountain top and in winter it can be difficult to get there by car.
It is advisable to have good winter tires and wheel chains. We also organize an ascent to
the cottage. The fare is not included in the cost of living.
